Rock Pointe Development has successfully assembled 31 acres of land across 29 unique parcels. We have rezoned multiple parcels to create a cohesive mix of commercial and industrial land. Despite challenging topography and an abandoned quarry, we have developed a site with full engineering for new road access and utilities. Our first stakeholder, Sunbelt Rentals, has already established a presence, benefiting from our elevated position with over half a mile of Interstate visibility.
